Curtis Phillip is a highly qualified electrical engineer with expertise in renewable and sustainable energy design. With over 41 years of experience, Curtis has a master's degree in sustainable energy from Imperial College and a strong background in designing and managing major projects across various sectors. 

In addition to his role as a Managing Director at Solartonic UK Limited, Curtis serves on the board of directors for CLA Urban International Ltd and Niro Legatum Ltd. He is also an executive associate of Design Group 3 LLP. 

Curtis is known for his contributions to cutting-edge smart solar infrastructure technology, particularly in the development of the solahubTM digital IoT street column. His focus is on integrated digital and visual communication technology, sustainable modular infrastructure, and off-grid solutions that provide security, lighting, Wi-Fi, and digital media information in the most energy-efficient way.

Curtis has shared his knowledge through lectures in the UK and Europe, highlighting the benefits of wireless fire and security systems, solar LED lighting, solar energy centres, and building management control systems. He is currently working on modular building design and developing LED, solar lighting, solar PV, and battery energy storage solutions for his clients in the UK and worldwide.

Curtis believes in the importance of sound engineering design, client-focused service, responsibility, and teamwork as the keys to success.
