Olga Graf is a dynamic food entrepreneur with a diverse background in service design, sustainable innovation management, and transformation. She is driven by a deep-rooted commitment to ventures that embody purpose and make a positive impact. As a co-founder of Bake for Ukraine and KornLabor (GrainLab), Olga has consistently demonstrated her dedication to meaningful initiatives.

Currently, Olga is actively involved in leading the "Kantine Zukunft Brandenburg" (Future Canteen Brandenburg) project within Speiseräume, an office dedicated to applied food policies. In this role, she brings her expertise in agile methodologies and new work approaches to a government-funded food strategy program. Her aim is to introduce innovative practices and foster transformative change in the food sector. Olga's responsibilities extend to responsibly scaling food service transformation, encompassing both urban and rural landscapes in Brandenburg.

With a pragmatic and strategic approach, Olga plays a key role in shaping the food system in the region. She is dedicated to integrating innovation and sustainable practices at the core of the food industry.
