To register for the Green Vision Summit & Expo, please visit our website and navigate to the registration page via the ‘Register Now’ or ‘Buy Ticket’ buttons. Follow the instructions provided to complete the registration process. Early bird discounts and special rates may be available, so we encourage you to register early.

The GVSE encompasses a wide range of sustainability and ethical living topics, including renewable energy, climate change mitigation, waste management, sustainable agriculture, conservation, green finance, regenerative & circular economy, food security and more. The event features keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, exhibitions, and interactive sessions to explore and address these crucial areas.

We welcome proposals for presentations, workshops, and poster sessions on sustainability and environmental topics. Please refer to the “Pitch/Speak” section on our website for guidelines on how to apply.

Absolutely! The Green Vision Summit & Expo is designed to facilitate networking and collaboration. You will have the chance to connect with industry professionals, experts, exhibitors, and fellow attendees during the event. Additionally, dedicated networking sessions and social events will be organised to foster meaningful connections.

GVSE is a self-funded event. This means that participants are responsible for covering the costs associated with their attendance, including registration fees, travel expenses, accommodation, and any other related expenses.

Kindly note that the letter would be provided only to fully registered participants.

Tickets and Payments

We accept credit card payments as the primary mode of payment for tickets.

A ticket admits one throughout the three-day event, however, you can purchase for others so there are no limitations on the number of tickets you can purchase.

Unfortunately, once ticket payment is successfully processed it cannot be refunded. Exhibitors who wish to withdraw from the contract can refer to their signed Agreement or contact marketing@gsetechnologies.com

The purchased ticket is intended for personal use only and cannot be transferred or resold to others without explicit permission from the organisers of the Green Vision Summit & Expo. Please contact marketing@gsetechnologies.com

We are offering 5% discount to a group of 5 and above. And 10% for a group of 10 and above

Yes, you will get a 50% discount as a student with a valid ID

Exhibitors

Typically, the booth-only package includes access to electrical outlets. Additional services, such as table(s), chairs, internet connectivity and audio-visual equipment, may be available for an extra fee. Please refer to the Exhibitor Manual or contact our team for specific package details.

Yes, exhibitors are encouraged to customise their booth spaces to reflect their brand and products/services. You can bring banners, displays, promotional materials, and interactive elements to create an engaging and informative booth. However, please ensure that your booth design adheres to any specified guidelines and regulations set by GSE Technologies.

Yes, exhibitors are typically allowed to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, or workshops at their booths. These activities provide an excellent opportunity to engage with attendees and showcase the unique features and benefits of your offerings. However, please coordinate with the event GSE Technologies or refer to the Exhibitor Manual and adhere to any scheduling or time restrictions to ensure a smooth flow of the exhibition.

Yes, we offer sponsorship opportunities that provide additional visibility and recognition for exhibitors. Depending on the sponsorship package, you may receive enhanced branding, speaking opportunities, prominent booth placement, and other exclusive benefits.
