Press Registration & Requirements for GVSE

Thank you for your interest in covering the Green Vision Summit & Expo 2024.

To ensure a smooth and efficient registration process, please review and ensure you comply with the following requirements before filling out the registration form below.

1. Press Credentials

All press attendees must possess valid press credentials or identification issued by a recognised media organisation. This includes but is not limited to, journalists, reporters, editors, photographers, and videographers. Freelancers must provide proof of assignment from a reputable media outlet.

2. Press Pass Application

To register for the Green Vision Summit & Expo as press, complete the online press pass application. The application will require the following information:
- Full name
- Media organisation name
- Job title/role
- Contact information (email address, phone number)
- Media organisation's website
- Brief description of your work and coverage area

3. Accreditation Verification

During the registration process, you will be asked to provide additional documentation to verify your press credentials. This may include:
- A scanned copy of your press identification card
- A letter of assignment from your editor or employer
- Samples of your recent work related to environmental or sustainability topics

4. Media Coverage Plan

As part of the press registration process, you may be required to submit a brief outline of your intended coverage of the Green Vision Summit & Expo.
This may include specific sessions, speakers, or exhibitors you plan to feature in your coverage. This information helps us understand your interests and allows us to assist you in arranging interviews or accessing relevant resources.

5. Code of Conduct

All press attendees are expected to abide by professional journalistic standards and adhere to the event's code of conduct. Respectful and ethical conduct is required when engaging with event participants, exhibitors, and other attendees. Violation of the code of conduct may result in the revocation of press credentials and removal from the event.

6. Press Room Access

Approved press registrants will have access to the designated press room/pavilion throughout the event. The press room will provide a dedicated working space, internet access, and opportunities for networking with other press members. Details regarding the press room location and operating hours will be communicated closer to the event date.

Please note that completing the press registration requirements does not guarantee approval. All applications will be reviewed, and approved press registrants will be notified via email with further instructions and confirmation of their press passes.
